I have been building a Machine Shop and SMD Fab and Repair Lab in my basement. 

The main component of the Shop is a Grizzly G0519 with a Digital Read Out.  I had a special bracket made so that I could mount an electric die-grinder and I use that to cut apart circuit boards.

The Fab area contains a Stereo Microscope, a Weller WD2000M soldering station, a Pace hot-air pencil, a Pace desoldering station, and a large hot-air desoldering station with circuit board holder (not pictured).

There is also a heavily modified temperature controlled oven for reflowing the solder on the circuit boards.
